Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access the site login?

The login is provided to current residents of the neighborhood only to those who have shared their email addresses and are verified residents. We then setup your account and send you an invitation.

Can businesses join?

We do allow businesses owned by residents of the neighborhood to have a listing in the directory.

Do you need help with anything?

The Civic Association is always looking for volunteers to help us better serve the community. We need people for maintaining the website, the database, and with the various committees that we have listed below. If you live in the neighborhood and would like to help, contact one of the Civic Association through the Neighborhood Directory and we’d love to get you plugged in!

How do I reset my password?

Simply navigate to Forgot Password and enter your email address to reset your password. If that still doesn’t work, contact one of the admins on the Facebook group, or one of the members of the Civic Association, and we can help you with that.

Are there any costs?

Yes and no. For this site, there are no direct costs to join, but it does cost the Civic Association for hosting and domain name. Part of your annual dues go to paying for the host and domain name.
